• Auxilius Service Status

    Update: Auxilius platform functionality has been restored following a global outage at Amazon Web Services (AWS) that impacted system performance and access. All affected subservice providers are now back online. Auxilius will continue to monitor performance throughout the day to ensure continued stability.

    Update: AWS has recovered, but one of our third party vendors is still recovering. We still advise NOT using Auxilius until this outage is fully resolved.

    Update: AWS is still continuing to recover and we are seeing intermittent errors. We still advise NOT using Auxilius until the AWS outage is fully resolved.

    Update: AWS is still recovering from the incident and there are still impacted parts of Auxilius. We still advise NOT using Auxilius until the AWS outage is fully resolved.

    Update: AWS is starting to recover and we are continuing to monitor the situation. We still advise NOT using Auxilius until the AWS outage is fully resolved.

    Update: AWS is working on testing a fix and applying additional mitigation steps. We are continuing to monitor the situation and still advise NOT using Auxilius until the AWS outage is resolved. 

    October 20, 2025 – 1:30pm ET

    Update: AWS has indicated they are putting in mitigation strategies but we are still advising customers to not take any actions in product until this is resolved. We will update again within the hour.

    Update: Due to an ongoing AWS outage, full functionality in Auxilius may be unavailable while the AWS team continues to recover. We are continuing to monitor the situation. Out of an abundance of caution, we are advising our customers to not take any actions in the Auxilius platform until we confirm that the AWS outage is resolved.  Reach out to your Auxilius team or help@auxili.us if you have any questions or concerns.
